Qwil Messenger Service Status & Releases

No known issues

We work very hard at making Qwil Messenger services available 24 hours a day, seven days a week and globally. There are however times in which we need to maintain our systems and release new features to make Qwil even better.

We always attempt to limit any disruption, planning releases outside of the normal working hours whenever possible and taking just a few minutes. Most of the time, you will not even notice (other than the new features that have become available overnight!).

Unfortunately, our services may become unavailable for reasons beyond Qwil Messenger's reasonable control. These are likely to be linked to providers that we use as part of our service.

Do check our status pages as well as AWS (hosting) and SendGrid (email) to see when there is a problem.
