Who can use this feature?
All users
Chat participants can export a PDF transcript of the conversation for their records.
To export a chat transcript:
Open the chat you wish to export.
Open the chat's details on the right and click on the export icon.
Click on the Export chat transcript button
Select the month you wish to export.
A PDF file will be generated and saved in your default download folder.
