Who can use this feature?

All users

Enable Qwil notifications so you never miss an important message. You can enable notifications when you first set up a new device or grant permission from your device's settings later on.

Enable notifications when you set up a mobile device:

1. Install the Qwil mobile app.

2. Sign in to your account.

3. When you first open Qwil Messenger on your mobile device you will receive an alert asking for permission to send you notifications.

4. Tap on allow.

Enable notifications from your device's settings:

iOS:

1. Go to Settings, and scroll down to the list of apps, find Qwil Messenger.

2. Tap on Qwil.
   
   

   

3. Tap on notifications, and toggle Allow notifications.
   
   

   

Android:

1. Go to Settings > Apps & notifications > Notifications > App notifications.

2. Here, you’ll see a list of all apps installed on your Android device. Scroll and tap on Qwil Messenger.

3. A list of all types of notifications the app can send will appear. Toggle each type of notification on or off as desired.
