Who can use this feature?

Your Qwil ID is a 10 digit number than can be used to sign in to Qwil Messenger and is visible by the organisation that has invited you. 

You will have created a username when accepting the initial invite used to login - this is personal to you. Our systems will have created a Qwil ID at the same time and cannot be changed. When you complete your invitation (or request a reminder), we send your Qwil ID and username to your email address.

If you forgot your username or Qwil ID you can ask for it to be sent to your email address. 

You can also see you Qwil ID in your account settings.

To see your Qwil ID:

1. From your desktop, click on your profile.

2. Click on Account & Settings.
   
   

   

   
   

3. You will see your Qwil ID listed under Account.
