Qwil Messenger’s enterprise integration capabilities enable you to automate your business through our secure interface.

Our authentication methods and security controls, in conjunction with the ability to maintain external IDs for each user, enables automated integration with your systems and processes.

Enterprise Integration Ready

Qwil Messenger's APIs enable you to quickly deploy an enterprise chat channel for your business. As businesses control the data used to set up the platform (including the values used to uniquely identify records for users and contact books etc.) this data can also support sophisticated integration via automated interfaces for a wide range of valuable activities. This not only includes automating system administration activities and synchronisation with your core CRM platform (see 3rd party integrations) and MS Active Directory (available) but also catering for:

Automated Messaging

We have over 60 API endpoints that allow you to send messages via Qwil to your users. These can be conversations with messages on behalf of users with their clients, or directly to an end-user via the butler. These can also be text, attachments, or images.

In addition to using the Butler via our APIs, we also provide an excel based toolkit to take advantage of this capability immediately.
