This installation and setup guide is intended for System Administrators who are responsible for installing the connector and enabling the integration between Qwil Messenger and intelliflo.

What to expect?
Integrations allow staff users to see communication under a client activity record as a daily upload to documents of the transcript. This means intelliflo is always updated meet your requirements for compliance and record keeping.
Important: In intelliflo, the chat transcripts are uploaded under each client, but it will posted with the name of the administrative user who has installed the integration. Alternatively, you can create a new intelliflo user, for example "Qwil Messenger" to establish the connection.
Deploying the connector involves a few simple steps:

Connect to intelliflo via Qwil Messenger 3rd Party integrations.
Sign in to your intellfilo Account (only if not logged in already to intelliflo)
Agree permission request from intelliflo. Note that Qwil Messenger only pushes chat transcripts to the client document section and does not access or use any financial information. The permissions needed are determined by the intelliflo system to push data to the client document section.
You are now connected and the 3rd party integration for intelliflo will appear in green.
Chats will be synced within 10 minutes for the previous day and daily at midnight thereafter. Make sure you set the Timezone under Settings.
Sync only applies for clients chats who are both on Qwil and on intelliflo where the intelliflo Client ID (last 8 digits as shown in IO) has been inputted as an Identifier under the Client profile in Qwil. This is the way Qwil matches users and knows where to upload the daily transcript.


If the client chat has not synced, please check the Identifier of the Qwil user and intelliflo match. Logs indicate the successful syncs if you click on the integration.
The sync process is not retroactive for previous days / months and transcripts can be downloaded and uploaded to intelliflo for previous periods.

From Qwil Messenger application:
Click on connect to intelliflo once the IO Qwil Messenger application has been installed.
Login to intelliflo if the administrator is not logged in to IO already
