Zoho integration overview
Integrating with Zoho CRM allows all the chats and conversations with your clients in Qwil Messenger to be synced daily under the client activity file in CRM. .
Chats appear in the Timeline history in Zoho CRM under the Client records and can be easily continued directly from Qwil Messenger. Staff with access to the client records can keep track of all the chat threads and activity (even if not in the conversation).
