Integrating with intelliflo allows all the chats and conversations with your clients in Qwil Messenger to be synced daily under the client activity record in your CRM as a document upload. Everything is in the same place under your client records and you can easily meet your compliance requirements.
Chats appear under the Client Contacts activity records as daily transcripts and can be easily continued directly from Qwil Messenger. Staff with access to the client records can keep track of all the chat threads and activity (even if not a member in the conversation).
