Who can use this feature?

All users

Stay connected. You can download the Qwil Messenger app for iOS or Android and enjoy a seamless experience. Your messages and notifications are synced across all devices.

To download the Qwil mobile app:

1. Go to the App Store (iOS)

2. or Go to the Play Store (Android)

3. Tap Get to download.

Enable notifications on the mobile app:

Enable Qwil notifications so you never miss an important message. You can enable notifications on both mobile and web. 

On mobile:

1. When you first open Qwil Messenger on your mobile device you will receive an alert asking for permission to send you notifications.

2. Tap on allow.

If you did not allow Qwil Messenger to send you notifications you can always give permission later on.

To re-activate notifications:

iOS:

1. Go to Settings, and scroll down to the list of apps, find Qwil Messenger.

2. Tap on Qwil.
   
   

   

3. Tap on notifications, and toggle Allow notifications.
   
   

   

Android:

1. Go to Settings > Apps & notifications > Notifications > App notifications.

2. Here, you’ll see a list of all apps installed on your Android device. Scroll and tap on Qwil Messenger.

3. A list of all types of notifications the app can send will appear. Toggle each type of notification on or off as desired.
   
   

   

1. Log into Qwil Desktop app or web browser.

2. Click on the avatar in the top right.

3. Click on Account & Settings.

4. Click on Devices.

For the best Qwil experience, we recommend you also download the desktop app.
