Sharing documents between staff and clients on Qwil is easy - simply a drag and drop in a chat thread!
But how can staff request documents (like they can e-signatures) to clients not yet on Qwil? Meet Document Request
Document request is initiated by staff in Qwil for specific documents required (for example onboarding) and details of the client. A client then receives an email with a unique link to open on browser and upload the documents. Securely, not on email!
Staff request
From your desktop, staff on the Document Request tab
Complete the documents requested (3 at a time)
Add details of the recipient (Client) including name, email and personalised message
Submit and the recipient will receive an email with a link to open up on browser (mobile or desktop) to upload the documents
Client view
Client receives an email with secure link to click on
Browser opens up with the documents the staff have requested
Once selected within the folders on the client's computer, Client can submit the files to the staff
Documents appear in the file manager of Qwil of the requestor
