Who can use this feature?
All users
Chats can be renamed by any active participant. Draft chats can also be renamed.
To rename a chat:
On web:
Open the chat you wish to rename.
Open the chat's details and click on the details icon
on the right panel.
Click Edit title icon in the details window, type your new chat title and click Save Changes.
On mobile:
Open the chat you wish to rename.
Tap on Details.
Tap on the chat name.
Write a new name and tap Done.
Tip: You will still be able to search a chat by its former name.
