Who can use this feature?

All users

You can add a profile picture (or avatar) to your profile on Qwil. You have different profiles for each organisation that you engage with on Qwil. This means you need to upload a picture for each one.

To upload a profile picture:

On web:

1. On the right-hand menu, click on your Profile.
   
   

   

2. Under Personal Information click on Edit. 
   
   

   

   
   

3. Click on Upload photo.

4. Upload your profile picture (max 5MB).

5. Make any adjustments to your picture. You can see a preview of your profile picture on the bottom of the modal.
   
   

   

6. Click Save.

Note: If you have already uploaded a picture and wish to change it, follow the same steps as above.

On mobile:

1. On the bottom menu tap on the Profile icon.

2. Tap on the 'Pick' on your profile.

3. Select to upload a photo from your gallery or to take a new picture with your device camera.

To remove your profile picture:

On web:

1. On the right-hand menu, click on your Profile.
   
   

   

2. Under Personal Information click on Edit. 
   

   

   
   
   

3. Mouse over your picture and click the Trash icon.

4. Your profile picture will be removed.

On mobile:

1. On the bottom menu tap on the Profile icon.

2. Tap on the 'Edit' on your profile.

3. Select Remove.
