Add devices

Who can use this feature?

All users

Whenever you sign in to Qwil Messenger from a new device you will receive an email to your registered email address. This is just a confirmation email to make sure it is really you who is signing in to your account.

You can see a list of all the devices that have an active session by navigating to your account settings.

To list all your active devices:

On web:

  1. Click on your profile.

  2. Navigate to Account & Settings.

  3. Navigate to the Devices tab.

  4. You will see a list of all active browser, mobile and desktop sessions.

On mobile:

  1. Tap on the menu icon

  2. Tap on Settings.

  3. Tap on Devices.

  4. You will see a list of all active browser, mobile and desktop sessions.

Removing devices:

You can also remove the devices if required in the same way.
