Qwil has been designed to be "branded within" with your logo in the mobile and desktop app, colour scheme (for all plans) as well as customisation options (for Business plans and above). Our vision is to offer an accessible branded platform for companies of all sizes - just like a building where each organisation rents out their floor rather than owning the whole building and imposing a logo on the top. 

A few elements to consider:

• Frequency of interactions: Qwil was built to be multi-tenanted so you can be a staff member of an organisation and a client of another. This is key to increase the frequency of interaction. 
• Centralised accounts: You don't go to a branded phone application or mail application (you go to outlook or mail) but you may have different phone numbers and mail accounts within. Qwil was built in the same way so you can also switch between organisations. 
• Appstore restrictions on logos and application complexity. 

We will therefore offer the option for a co-branded logo on the mobile app which will be automatically applied for users with a single tenancy (members of a single organisation). A minimum number of users will be required. 

What to expect?

• All users have the same Qwil Messenger app to download - no need for special links. This means not requirement for you to manage an app on the appstore and users always benefit from the latest application
• Users with a single tenancy will see a Qwil avatar with the addition of your logo with your background colour and logo in an avatar. You will still "Qwil" your client, but it is clear that it is your messaging platform. 
  For example: 

• Users with two tenancies (for example a staff member of Compass and a client of BR Sollicitors) will have the main Qwil logo

• White label desktop login screens are already available upon request

Enterprise and sovereign offering

Very large Enterprise customers (1000 staff and above) can contact us to discuss further customisation options - including a completely separate application. A separate hosting will also be required. 

• Your clients will be able to download your mobile or desktop app through their app store and onboard seamlessly.

• Your brand will be displayed throughout the experience, from the app icon to the branding within the application.

• Take advantage of the fully secure e-signature, video calling, messaging and document sharing of Qwil in your own app.
